WrestleMania 32 boxset review

If you’ve followed Calling Spots for any length of time, you’ll know that we have a penchant for physical things, especially awesome wrestling merchandise. Hell, we make a printed magazine in 2016 and have started a wrestling subscription service in Wrestle Crate UK. With that in mind, we were over the moon when our friends at WWE Home Video kindly sent us a copy of their new WrestleMania 32 Ultimate Collectors Edition DVD.

Obviously included within the box set is a 3 disk copy of WrestleMania 32. We’re going to go ahead an assume that anybody reading this saw WrestleMania 32, so we wont run down the show itself. What sets this DVD release apart as, in our opinion, WWE’s best DVD release in the past five years, is the sheer quality of the extras inside it. Literally everything within the box is top-quality, rare and collectible items that you won’t get anywhere else in the world. So let’s take a look:

  • Shane McMahon 1,000,000 dollar bill – an actual prop from Shane McMahon’s grand entrance for his Hell in a Call match with the Undertaker at this year’s WrestleMania
  • Sting Autograph – to commemorate his entrance into the 2016 WWE Hall of Fame, ‘The Icon’ Sting has hand-signed these cards
  • A piece of the WrestleMania 32 ring – that’s right. You can own a piece of the actual ring canvas from WrestleMania 32, mounted on a decorative presentation card

Only 1000 of these limited edition box sets exist, making it even more awesome. Honestly, we can’t praise this release any more.
